If you are frequently frustrated with your computer, email, or the web/internet searching and other things you want to do – I can help. I am very patient, and I find the way to help you do what you need to do in a way that makes it simpler. If you want, I can even help you learn to navigate social media sites like Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter…but only when you are ready.
Smart Phone
If your cell phone or smart phone makes you feel annoyed often, or you know you can do more with it, but it seems hard to figure out… I can help. We can work step by step to help you learn and master each thing you want to learn, before we move on to another – camera, texting, Google Maps to help you find your way etc..
Smart TV
If your kid set up your Smart TV, but you don’t understand how to use it, I can help. You can surf the internet on that big screen, you can listen to music, the radio and podcasts. You can shop on that big screen and more. But we’ll take it one step at a time to get it to do what You want it to do.
Tablet (Andriod or iPad)
If you got a tablet last Christmas or birthday, but you’re not quite sure what to do with it give me a call. I can show you how to use the internet, read your email, download and read ebooks, play games and lots more. But I’ll take it at your pace and be sure you are comfortable with it.
